In 2001 Nuala Heaney our Company Director co-founded CFS along with Tony Thornton.
We asked Nuala to tell us about some of CFS’ achievements over the last 15 years.
“One of our greatest achievements was CFS taking off and moving from the converted garage where we first set up business to actual offices. Over the last 15 years we have built up CFS and have gone from strength to strength. Our latest achievement, which we are all very proud of, being our new website.”
Apart from hard work, what did you bring to CFS 15 years ago?
“My main asset that I bought to CFS all that time ago was customer service. I wanted everyone’s experience at CFS to be positive, helpful and some where you would go to again and again for all your business needs. I had a lot of customer service experience as I had worked for a multi-national pharmaceutical company where I managed a large call centre and set up a customer service centre. The offices were based across 2 sites in the UK giving a wealth of experience in managing customers, staff, organisation and procedures.”
Nuala is closely involved in the business, so we asked her what she likes to do to unwind.
“I love to socialise, I am very close to my family and friends so most of my spare time is spent with them, either shopping or dining out”
