Calling our telephone line:
When you call the CFS telephone number, you will speak to a member of our customer service team. If you have an enquiry, our team may ask you to provide your name, contact details and occasionally an address, in order to assist with your query. Please note that if your call is in relation to another public body, or government department such as the ICO, Companies House or HMRC, CFS may share your information with them in order for them to address your query.
When you call the CFS Formations telephone number, your call may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. You may request for your call to not be recorded, or to be deleted from our system at any given time, otherwise, calls will be kept on our system for a maximum of 6 months and then they will be automatically deleted.
We automatically collect personal data (technical and usage) when you use and interact with our website, using small data files known as cookies and other similar technologies. We use the information we collect from you to help your experience on our website, as well as understanding your needs if you are to place an order with us:

CFS will not share your information with any unauthorised bodies or personnel, CFS will also never sell your personal information. For an effective order and formation process we may be required to share your information with Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs. And as required by law we may be subjected to disclose information to other government bodies, and law enforcement agencies for their enforcement purposes. We will never share information other than the reason it was provided for.

The right to be informed:
CFS are committed to being as transparent as possible and this is a key of data protection regulations. You have the right to be informed regarding the collection and usage of your personal information, this allows you to verify the lawfulness of how we process data. This privacy notice informs you on how we should process and use your personal information whilst using our services.
The right to access your data that we hold:

In some circumstances, you may request that we erase your data from our systems, for example, your personal information is no longer needed by us, or you would like to remove your consent to us handling your information or if there is no legal reason for us to be holding your information. If you feel as though CFS International Formations have not held or processed your information in a legal manner, please feel free to contact us to discuss your query, or you can directly contact the Information Commissioner’s Office, which is the data protection handler in the UK. We also have a GDPR policy active for any concerns regarding GDPR. We would appreciate the opportunity to deal with any concerns you may have first, before you process with the ICO.
