In addition to our newsletter, we may periodically send additional emails regarding your company reminders or the contents of your shopping basket. Calling our telephone line:
When you call the CFS telephone number, you will speak to a member of our customer service team. If you have an enquiry, our team may ask you to provide your name, contact details and occasionally an address, in order to assist with your query. Please note that if your call is in relation to another public body, or government department such as the ICO, Companies House or HMRC, CFS may share your information with them in order for them to address your query.
When you call the CFS Formations telephone number, your call may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. You may request for your call to not be recorded, or to be deleted from our system at any given time, otherwise, calls will be kept on our system for a maximum of 6 months and then they will be automatically deleted.
Automated Technology:
We automatically collect personal data (technical and usage) when you use and interact with our website, using small data files known as cookies and other similar technologies. Please be aware that our cookies provide little to none information about yourself, and are there to make your experience on our website the best it can be.

For an effective order and formation process we may be required to share your information with Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs. And as required by law we may be subjected to disclose information to other government bodies, and law enforcement agencies for their enforcement purposes. We will never share information other than the reason it was provided for.

The right to be informed:
CFS are committed to being as transparent as possible and this is a key of data protection regulations.
