This service should be ordered if you wish to Change an Officer Appointment (Director / Secretary / PSC) to a UK Company.
Once you have ordered, one of our Administration Team will be in touch to obtain the Change of Officer Details.
All changes will be filed directly with Companies House and once you have placed your order, the Change of Details will be filed and reflected on the same day.
You will receive confirmation upon your changes being accepted.
