A number of different orders require documents to be sent via post. Therefore, we offer multiple postage methods to our customers, this will allow customers to choose how they wish their documents to be delivered to them.
Depending whether the customer is located in the UK or Overseas will depend on what postage methods are available.
What Postage Methods are available to UK Addresses?
For customers located within the UK, we are able to offer the following postage methods:
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service – 10.00GBP
- 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service – this option is free of charge
- Arrange your own courier delivery – No charge from CFS as the customer is required to arrange collection from our office
What Postage Methods are available to Overseas Addresses?
For customers located outside the UK, we are able to offer the following postage methods:
- Royal Mail International Delivery Service 11.49GBP
- TNT Courier Delivery Service 44.00GBP – 55.00GBP
- Arrange your own courier delivery – No charge from CFS charge as the customer is required to arrange collection from our office
What if I do not receive my documents?
Most deliveries require a signature when received. If you are not available to sign for the documents, they are usually taken to your local post office for collection. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered items.
How do I confirm my Postage Address?
When you are in the process of placing your order, you will be asked to either provide or confirm the postage address. You are also able to choose what delivery method you require when you are in the process of placing an order.
How long will it take to receive my documents?
- Royal Mail Delivery Service:
- 1st Class (within the UK) Royal Mail aim to deliver the documents within the next working day.
- Items sent using our International services, Royal Mail aim to have documents being delivered within Europe within three to five working days. Documents being dispatched to locations within the rest of the world can take up to five to seven working days.
- TNT Courier Delivery service:
- Generally TNT Courier delivery can deliver your documents within 5/7 working days.
