Below is a true experience of our client forming a UK Limited by Shares Company with CFS Formations.
I decided to use CFS Formations when incorporating my new company after reviewing their excellent rated reviews on Trust Pilot. After, I was able to decide a Limited by Shares company formation as I felt this most suited to my needs by exploring their Help and Guidance pages.
Using their website, I was easily able to register as a user. Once I had registered I selected Limited by Shares underneath their UK Company Formations heading. It was at this point that I could check my company name was available using their handy on site company name availability checker. This gets live information directly from Companies House so I felt confident to proceed with my company. Below, I was able to see a table on the website highlighting which packages were available for me to purchase and which additional services they each included. After careful consideration, I decided to proceed with their most popular package, the e-mail package.
After selecting the Buy Now button under my chosen package, I was redirected to their online order form. I first input my proposed company name and selected that I wish to use my own Registered Office address. CFS Formations offered a range of Registered Office services for me to purchase if I did not already have a Registered Office address within the UK. I then decided to proceed with using CFS’s default Articles of Association.
After proceeding, I was redirected to the next page of the order form where I was able to input my details to appoint myself as Director and Shareholder within the company. After I had completed the company officer details, I was able to decide how many shares I wished to be allocated to myself. After consideration, I decided to leave the standard number of shares as 1. The next page allowed me to select a maximum of 4 business activities from the list provided.
The final step consisted of me verifying the details I had input for the company on the summary page. Once I had carefully checked the information, I submitted the application to my Shopping Basket. I then proceeded to make payment and received an invoice for my recent purchase.
I was the curious as to when the company would be incorporated and when I would receive my company documents and authentication code. I rang CFS Formations and they were able to assist me straightway and informed me my company would be incorporated within 24-48 hours and the documents and authentication code will be sent to me via email.
Overall, my experience with CFS Formations has been extremely positive. I would highly recommended them due to their very professional and responsive nature. I will continue to use CFS for any additional services I will require in the future.
