What is a Sensitive Word / Name?
In company names some words are classed as sensitive, by Companies House and restrictions may apply. Consequently, Companies House will not register or change the name of a company if the name contains one of these words. However, some sensitive words will be allowed if the company registration is supported by a letter of justification.

How do we submit the approval to Companies House?
