What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a form of authentication that is attached to documents for use in countries other than the UK.
If the document is not going to be used in the UK, then it is usually recommended that an Apostille is applied to the document.
What is a Certification?
The Certificate of Incorporation will be obtained directly from Companies House, who will issue an original Certificate of Incorporation that will be certified so that it will be recognised as a ‘true document’ that has been obtained from authorities in the UK.
What is a Certificate of Incorporation?
The Certificate of Incorporation is issued to every company once it has been registered. The Certificate of Incorporation confirms that your company has been registered with Companies House and includes your Company Name, Company Number and the Date when your company was registered. You usually require a Certificate of Incorporation when opening a Business Bank Account.
This document is proof that your company exists.
