What is the Monitor Service?
We recommend to many of our customers that they should register their company for our Monitor Service, it can be beneficial as every time a form has been filed with Companies House. You will receive an email notification that a form has been filed within your company. Our Monitor Service aims to give you the peace of mind that you are notified if anyone tries to make changes to your company.
The Monitor service keeps you fully aware of what changes have been made and when they were made against your company.
What will I receive with the Monitor Service?
You will receive an email with confirmation of the form that has been filed against your company, the most common forms which are filed with Companies House are:
• Annual Return / Confirmation Statement
• Accounts
• Appointments of Officers
• Termination of Officers
• Change of Registered Office Address
• Mortgage
• Liquidation
• Striking Off of the Company
• Increase / Decrease Share Capital
• Change of Company Name
On the email that you receive you will also receive information on how you can download the document. Additional charges may occur for the downloading of filed documents with companies’ house.
How long is the Monitor Service valid?
The Monitor Service is valid for a 12 Month period, and can be renewed after this period. 1 month before the renewal of the service we will send you emailed reminders that the service is due for renewal.
