Filing Reminder Settings

This page is so you may select to receive filing reminders for all your companies for Confirmation Statements and Dormant Accounts.

If you select Yes to "Receive Filing Reminders for Accounts and Confirmation Statements" you will then receive an email when Confirmation Statements and Dormant Accounts are about to be due and will need to be filed to keep the company in good standing.

Trademark Referrals

You will receive a free trademark referral with every UK Incorporation. If you do not wish to receive these emails please update your preferences below.

Web Filing Code

Select YES a new unique web filing code will be created for each new incorporation.

Select NO and the same web filing code shown below will be used for each new incorporation.

Your individual code is shown below but if you prefer you can enter your own Code.
Your Code must be 6 characters long using numbers and letters only please.

Additional Incorporation Services

We can display a list of Additional Options which you may wish to order with each Incorporation i.e. Company Seal, Company Register.
To display these options please select Yes.
